Welcome to Third Grade

Hello! My name is Emily Ratterree, and I am a proud third-grade demonstration teacher at Ikard Elementary. I have been teaching for nine years and am passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom where every student feels valued, challenged, and supported.

I believe learning should be hands-on, meaningful, and fun. My goal is to help students build confidence, develop a love of learning, and reach their full potential both academically and personally. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues and families to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and finding new ways to make learning exciting for my students. I am grateful to be part of the Ikard Elementary community and look forward to another wonderful year of learning and growing together!
