A little bit about me

Welcome to 3rd grade! I have been in education since 2018 and at Ikard since 2022. I am looking forward to teaching 3rd grade because I am passionate about instilling a love of reading and life-long learning in children, and challenging students to reach their highest potential.

I got my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and my alternative teaching certification from the iTeach Texas program . Outside of school, I am a mom to my son, Wyatt, who is here at Ikard. My husband, Jeremy, is a U.S. Navy Senior Chief. I am so excited for this school year and I vow to make this an amazing year full of fun, learning, and growth. Please reach out to me at any time if you have any questions or concerns.
